Megan Andros

Megan Andros is Director of Workforce and Veterans at The Heinz Endowments, where she leads work focused on veterans and military families in Pittsburgh and western Pennsylvania. A U.S. Army veteran and former ordnance officer in the 1st Cavalry Division, she is also a Hoover Institution Veteran Fellow whose policy work has focused on veteran well-being, care coordination, and links between health and social-service networks.

Veteran-Led Projects Scale Through Patient Capital, Data, and Community Trust

Hoover Institution Veteran Fellowship Program alumni argue that military experience can start a second career of public problem-solving, but it does not by itself build durable civilian institutions.
