Yoshio Miyazaki

Yoshio Miyazaki is a Japanese land ministry official who heads operations at the Metropolitan Outer Area Underground Discharge Channel in Kasukabe, Saitama, one of the world’s largest underground flood-control systems protecting parts of the Tokyo metropolitan area.
