Vivian Ho

Health economist who holds the James A. Baker III Institute Chair in Health Economics at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy and is a professor of economics at Rice University and professor of medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. Her work focuses on how economic incentives, regulation, hospital markets, consolidation, price transparency, and policy design affect health care costs and quality.
