Nora Halpern

Executive Director of LA28’s Cultural Olympiad, overseeing the arts and culture program accompanying the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games. She is an art historian, curator, art advisor, and longtime arts-policy advocate who previously served for more than two decades as a vice president at Americans for the Arts.
