Nicole Muldoon

Nicole Muldoon is the mother of KJ Muldoon, the child treated at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia with the world’s first personalized CRISPR-based gene-editing therapy for severe CPS1 deficiency. She has appeared in CHOP materials and rare-disease forums discussing KJ’s diagnosis, treatment decision, recovery milestones, and the need to expand access to personalized therapies for rare diseases.
