Nancy Milligen

Nancy Van Milligen is the founding president and CEO of the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, where she has led community philanthropy, nonprofit partnerships, rural community development, and inclusive civic-engagement initiatives since the foundation opened in 2003.
