Nakela Cook

Nakela Cook is executive director of the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), where she leads funding and programs for patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research, engagement, dissemination and implementation, and research infrastructure. She is a cardiologist and health services researcher who previously served as senior scientific officer and chief of staff at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute at NIH.
