Enrichment Operations Plant Manager for Centrus Energy’s American Centrifuge Plant in Piketon, Ohio, where he represents the company on HALEU uranium-enrichment operations and expansion. A southern Ohio native and former U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Fleet member, he has publicly testified on Centrus’s role in producing HALEU for advanced nuclear reactors.
