Lo Toney is the founding managing partner of Plexo Capital, a venture firm that invests in emerging seed-stage fund managers and in companies from their portfolios. Before founding Plexo, he was a partner at GV and Comcast Ventures and held operating roles at Zynga, Nike, and eBay.
