Kaupo Rosin

Director General of the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service since 2022. A career intelligence officer, he previously commanded Estonia’s Military Intelligence Centre and served as Deputy Director of the Intelligence Production Unit at NATO Headquarters in Brussels.
