Joseph Blasi

Joseph Blasi is the J. Robert Beyster Distinguished Professor at Rutgers University’s School of Management and Labor Relations and Director Emeritus of its Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing. An economic sociologist, he studies broad-based employee ownership, profit sharing, corporate governance, and the social and economic history of corporations.
