Jonathan Gootenberg

Jonathan Gootenberg is an investigator at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and the Center for Vaccine and Virology Research, affiliated with Brigham and Women’s Hospital genetics, and co-PI of the Abudayyeh-Gootenberg Lab. His work focuses on CRISPR, RNA-guided biology, genome editing, diagnostics, and cellular engineering, and he has been featured discussing AI systems for scientific hypothesis exploration.
