John Brooks

John Brooks is Deputy Administrator and Chief Policy and Regulatory Officer at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), where he focuses on health policy and regulation across Medicare, Medicaid, and related federal programs. He previously co-founded South Capitol, a health policy research and consulting firm, and held senior health policy roles at HHS, CMS, the White House Domestic Policy Council, and MITRE.
