Jennifer Epps

Jennifer Epps is executive director of The LIFT Fund, where she leads efforts to strengthen worker power by connecting labor, philanthropy, worker centers, and other partners. A longtime organizer and strategic leader, she previously held leadership roles at SEIU 1199 and the Prince George’s County Educators’ Association. She is also an Aspen Job Quality Fellow and has served on the boards of the National Employment Law Project and Economic Policy Institute.
