Francisco Pichón

Francisco Pichón is the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Cuba. A Colombian development and humanitarian official, he has more than 25 years of experience in agricultural lending, rural development, policy dialogue, partnerships, and country strategy across Latin America and Africa, including senior roles at the International Fund for Agricultural Development.
