Elizabeth Barnes is the Dalton Family Chair in Environmental Data Science & Sustainability and Professor of Computing & Data Sciences and of Earth & Environment at Boston University, where her research applies interpretable and responsible AI to Earth-system prediction, climate variability, and extreme-weather forecasting.
