David Mulford

David Mulford is a distinguished visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution and former U.S. ambassador to India. His public work focuses on U.S.-India relations, global economic integration, trade and investment policy, and the U.S.-India Civil Nuclear Agreement; he previously served as vice chairman international at Credit Suisse and as under secretary and assistant secretary of the U.S. Treasury for International Affairs.
