Co-founder and CEO of Observable Space, a Los Angeles space technology company building optical infrastructure for satellite laser communications, space domain awareness, and in-space payloads. He previously served as VP of Software Engineering at SpaceX, leading software teams across launch vehicles, crew spacecraft, and Starlink, and earlier created DARPA’s Plan X cyberwarfare program.
