Shah argued that the priority is adoption and operating-model redesign: smaller product teams, fewer handoffs, agent-supported lending workflows, and tools that augment relationship managers rather than replace them. He said Allica is measuring progress less by deployment volume than by whether AI helps the bank deliver useful product increments for customers and internal functions in a regulated environment.
